Attendee & Registration Guidelines

Welcome to TEDxSVIET 2025!
All attendees must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure event experience. These terms apply to all ticket holders, invited guests, and scholarship pass holders.

• Entry will be granted only upon ID verification (Govt.-approved) and valid ticket confirmation.
• Guest, Speaker Pass, and Scholarship Pass holders will be admitted on a first-come-first-served basis until venue capacity is reached.
• Strict registration and check-in window: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM. No entry after 12:30 PM.

Check your inbox or spam folder for a mail from our ticketing partner (e.g., TownScript). Search for “TEDxSVIET” or “tedxsviet.com” to locate your e-ticket.

• Tickets allow badge collection and event entry between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM only.
• Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Seats not claimed by 12:30 PM will be released to waitlisted attendees.

• No entry after 12:30 PM.
• No re-entry once inside the venue.
• Carry a valid Govt.-issued photo ID and ticket confirmation (email or digital copy).
• Children under 8 not allowed. Minors must be with a ticketed guardian.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds for no-shows.
• Resale or exchange of tickets is strictly prohibited.

• No Q&A during stage sessions.
• Speaker interaction allowed in networking zones post-talks.
• Unauthorized photography/videography may result in a ₹25,000 penalty.
• Food & beverages available for seated ticketed attendees only.
• No large bags or suitcases allowed.

• No on-site parking. Use cabs, carpool, or public transport.
• Follow all venue and security instructions.
• Misbehavior may lead to expulsion without refund at organizer’s discretion.

• Simulcast attendees can only access the Simulcast Zone.
• No guaranteed seats — admission is first-come-first-served.
• Entry denied once Simulcast Zone is full.
• No food served in Simulcast Zone (external food may be available).

Forgery, duplicate passes, or misrepresentation will be reported to authorities.
